So you can travel long distances totally relaxed, MTM offers different performance modifications for the T5. Especially the turbo-diesel engines are MTM's favourites. The T5 1,9TDI will gain from improvements to its motor-electronic from 105 HP ( 77kW) to 140 HP (103 kW), with our unit injector system the T5 will get from 174 HP (128 kW) to 206 HP ( 151kW). Aswell as the modification kit MTM offers for the T5 MTM bimoto rims, performance breaks and improvements to the underbody of the car, all individually designed for this model- series by MTM. We can also offer various engine conversions, you can find them on our Homepage at car manufacturer: MTM-> T300 or T400 (2,0 TSI 4- cylinder) or T500 (2,5 TFSI 5-cylinder) in the select vehicle tab.

The spectrum of our tuning modifications and performance kits for the VW T5 range from optimized reprogramming of the control electronics through to the complete conversion of the engine unit. Every VW T5 engine modification and performance kit has been developed by mtm and thoroughly tested for reliability in road and racing use. Because of the higher peak torque the fuel consumption can be reduced by up to 5 - 20 percent. The engine tuning does not have an negative effect on engine durability. After a performance upgrade petrol engines need min. 98 octane super plus petrol (diesel engines: no biodiesel).
