MTM R8 GT Street Bodykit & Supercharger Conversion
With the MTM R8 GT Street we would like to bring professional motorsport onto the streets – True to the motto “racing feeling with street legal”.
The MTM company has already existed for 30 years. To mark this occasion, we have developed a spectacular creation of the Audi R8.
The complete conversion of 30 limited R8 GT Street cars includes the following
The Roots supercharger kit for the Audi R8 V10 5.2l is designed in such a way that the compression of the standard engine does not have to be adjusted.
This was achieved, among other things, by integrating an intercooler, which enables a boost pressure of max. 0.45 bar with a linear, seamless power delivery typical of a supercharged engine.
The engine software has been further developed to optimally convert the additional air volume into power and torque.
Of course, the transmission software has also been optimised to convert the available power optimally into propulsion.
The overall result convinces with its outstanding driving performance and 100% suitability for everyday use.
